How to Measure

Take measurements for a Martingale Collar

For a collar with Martingale or with strangle will be necessary to take the circumference of the neck as shown in the figure:

Until the measurement is accurate we recommend:

1) Measure the upper neck portion and not the base of the neck. It is preferred to measure the narrowest part of the neck.

2) Measure your dog's neck behind the ears, the measure must wear comfortable. The right size for your dog MUST NOT strangle him.

Also take the measure of the circumference of the head as shown in the picture:

Measure the  head also including the ears!

This measurement determines the maximum amplitude that must have a collar Martingale to slide out precise. This measurement is also a  reference  in case you decide for a strangle collar.

How to  measure for a Collar with Buckle

For a collar with buckle it will be necessary to take only the circumference of the neck as shown in the figure:

Until the measurement is accurate we recommend:

1) Measure the neck portion at mid-height and not the base of the neck

2) The measure must fit comfortable. The right size for your dog MUST NOT strangle him.
